Project management
Full development life cycle management is where the benefit of our experience can be fully realised. We offer consulting services from pre-feasibility stage, such as technical, budgeting and compliance guidance, through to handover & post-completion assistance. Our leadership team posses a wealth of multi-disciplined experience in architecture & design, engineering and programme & commercial management. Our QA process is proven, flexible and makes use of industry leading technology.
Owner's representative and project development
We provide technical, budgeting and development strategy advice to clients/investors on the most economical and beneficial routes to market available to them. We understand that every development is different and needs to be treated with the same degree of scrutiny and diligence to ensure the desired results are achieved. By providing this service, risks that are sometimes missed in the local market can be avoided and schedule/budget parameters kept in tact.
Commercial management & quantity surveying
Our team have extensive experience in developing project budget plans and solutions from grass roots through to operational acceptance. The quantity surveying process can be co-delivered with other disciplines, making the tender and procurement process much more streamlined and cost effective and offering a much quicker solution identification process. Our commercial managers are well experienced in international forms of contract and code as well as local customs. We are therefore able to propose workable solutions throughout the procurement strategy process and during post-tender conflict situations. We can also offer a number of value engineering solutions to clients where budget and/or schedule are key to success. This can be conducted through a technical peer design review or throughout any stage of the procurement/construction process.
Due diligence services & technical audits
Our due diligence surveys involve a technical assessment and appraisal of an existing building's conditions and/or suitability. A full survey conducted by our engineers will verify the building's fabric/structure and services/systems and offer suggestions for remedial works to bring the development up to the desired standards.
PMC/QA software solutions
Capra, in collaboration with our regional partners, are the only technical consultancy in Cambodia that offers pioneering technology solutions as part of any discipline of delivery. We use the RDrive system to enable a fully transparent delivery for all project stakeholders, vendors, contractors and other parties who have an interest in the progress and technical delivery of the works. This system is predominantly used by partners of a development who are based overseas and provides them with a ‘live’ status of their investments on any device and at the touch of a button.
